Your first appointment is a comprehensive assessment of your condition. We'll take a full history, discuss your goals, and carry out a physical examination to build a clear picture of what's going on. From there, we'll develop a personalised, evidence-based treatment plan focused on improving how you move, manage, and feel
Follow-Up Appointment
45 minutes | £50
Follow-up sessions build on your initial assessment, progressing your treatment plan and monitoring your recovery. Each session is tailored to where you are in your rehabilitation. We provide evidence-based treatment focusing on improvement over the long term, not just short term relief.

Clark Health Co. is based in South Sheffield. I run in-clinic sessions in Sharrow, with home visits available for those who need them (Ecclesall, Dore, Totley, Millhouses, Bradway, Whirlow). Whether you're managing a long-term condition, recovering from an injury, or trying to stay active but aches and pains are getting in the way, every session is built around your goals.
